Post 180 Membership Approves Dues Increase

Post 180 members attending the December 111 General Business/Membership meeting voted unanimously to increase annual dues to $50. Annual Dues for 50 year members were also set an amount equal to the Department and National dues that are projected to be $32. These new dues rates are effective January 15, 2016.

At the meeting arguments were heard for annual dues payments of $45 and $48. $45 would have offset the approved National increase of $5 effective January 11, 2016 and the projected Department increase of $2 that will be effective early in the new year. With these two approved dues increases, Post 180 will remit to headquarters $32 of each dues payment received. Please read the January 15, 2016 edition of the Informed Legionnaire for the full story.
